Our Tower 15 , 2022 Grenache Blanc delivers plush flavors. The grapes for this vintage were carefully grown on Morro View Vineyard in the Edna Valley AVA in San Luis Obispo County, where the soil composition includes a diversity of meta volcanic rock, blue schist, chert, greywacke and serpentine. The grapes for this wine were hand harvested and gently pressed into a stainless steel tank, where it sat undisturbed for two days to settle. The juice was racked off its lees into a second tank, and then barreled-down into entirely neutral French oak barrels. Upon fermentation, the barrels were stirred daily with a concerted effort to keep the ferment's temperature under 68 ° F. Once fermentation was complete, the barrels were self-topped using gravity and continued to age for 120 days.
