While Bien Nacido Vineyard is the newest addition to our Single Vineyard Series, it’s been on our radar since Pali’s beginning. Widely regarded as one of the most important vineyards on the Central Coast, it has produced thousands of vineyard-designated wines since the 1970s and is highly sought after by top wineries.
After years on a waitlist, we’re proud to craft our own expression—an elegant, classically styled Pinot Noir defined by maritime influence, bright red fruit, and rose petal aromatics. The vineyard is farmed biodynamically, and the grapes are hand-harvested, sorted, and fermented in small lots before aging in a mix of new and neutral French oak.
