The Perr Family

Tim Perr, Co-Founder

Tim’s love for Pinot Noir and the Central Coast’s family-owned vineyards inspired him to co-found Pali Wine Co. with his wife, Judy. His determination has propelled the winery for 20 years, growing from a local dream into SoCal tasting rooms and national distribution.

Judy Perr, Co-Founder

Judy’s early love for Chardonnay led her to co-found Pali Wine Co. with her husband, Tim. As final taste-tester, her discerning palate ensures every bottle meets our standards. Judy believes wine is meant to be shared over good food and great company.

Nick Perr, Managing Parter

Nick grew up immersed in his family’s winery, developing a passion for wine that grew stronger at UCLA, where he met his wife, Carmen. Since 2020, he’s taken a leading role at Pali Wine Co., shaping its next chapter with a focus on hospitality, natural winemaking, and community.

Carmen Perr, Managing Partner

Known online as Carmen in the Garden, Carmen is an urban farmer and content creator who brings her love of food, gardening, and storytelling to Pali Wine Co. Alongside Nick, she’s reimagining the winery’s hospitality experiences and inspiring a fresh generation of wine lovers.

Aaron Walker, Director of Winemaking Operations

Southern California native Aaron found his passion for wine while working in fine dining. After moving to the Central Coast, he joined Pali Wine Co. in 2007 and became Winemaker in 2010. Dedicated to craft and nature, he creates wines meant to be savored and shared.

John Schultz, Associate Winemaker

John joined Pali Wine Co. in 2019 and has been key to growing our natural wine program and overseeing the tap wine lineup. With winemaking experience around the world, he brings creativity and innovation to every bottle we craft.
