This year’s vintage, the freshest ever, is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Vogelzang Vineyard, fermented in stainless steel with select yeast strains to accentuate the tropical aromatics. We added Motueka and Superdelic hops at 4 days, with the help of Steve Kitts, owner and brewmaster at Naughty Oak Brewing!
