Our 2025 ‘Lexi’ Rosé is a bright, small-lot rosé made from 100% estate-grown Gamay from Pali Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills. The grapes are hand-harvested and foot-tread, allowing the juice to rest briefly on the skins before pressing to achieve its vibrant pink color. Fermented at low temperatures in concrete tanks with native yeasts, the wine is then aged for four months in neutral oak to build subtle texture while preserving freshness. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfites, it’s a pure, lively expression of Gamay.
“Flamingo” pink in color with a slight natural haze, the wine opens with aromas of crushed rose petals, orange peel, and clove. The palate is bright and refreshing, showing tart lime, candied green apple, and chalky minerality, with juicy acidity and a dry finish accented by hints of dried herbs. Light, energetic, and endlessly drinkable — serve well chilled and enjoy.
