This rare Pinot Noir is made from a blend of clones 115 and 777 grown in the Sta. Rita Hills. Each clone was hand-harvested separately, fully destemmed, and fermented in small open-top tanks with regular hand punchdowns. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 18 months in 50% new and 50% neutral French oak.

Bright crimson in the glass, this Pinot Noir opens with ripe cherry, raspberry, Asian spice, black tea, and cinnamon. Wild raspberry and bitter orange peel lead the palate, layered with clove, vanilla bean, and black pepper. Medium-bodied with silky tannins and juicy acidity, it finishes dry, bright, and elegant.
