The 2022 ‘Jetty’ Red Wine Blend is a layered and expressive Central Coast blend built from Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and a touch of Viognier sourced from acclaimed vineyards across the region. The GSM(ish) blend, a harmonious combination of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, holds a special place in our hearts. It represents a bridge between the old world and the new, combining the nuanced complexity of Rhône wines with the vibrant fruit character that California vineyards offer. Each variety was hand harvested and fermented separately in small open-top tanks before aging 24 months in a combination of French oak and neutral barrels, allowing the wine to develop depth, texture, and balance.

Ruby red with crimson hues, the wine opens with aromas of rhubarb, raspberry compote, freshly turned earth, and rain-soaked soil. The palate reveals tart strawberry, graphite, tobacco, cedar, and black pepper layered over a medium-bodied frame. Bright acidity carries through the finish, balancing the wine’s savory spice and vibrant fruit character.
