Our 2024 ‘Pali Vineyard’ Gamay is an estate-grown expression from Pali Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills, where sandy soils and cool ocean influence produce bright, vibrant wines. Crafted with minimal intervention, the grapes were hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts in small open-top tanks, and aged for five months in 100% neutral oak to preserve purity and freshness.
Light pomegranate-red in color, the wine opens with aromas of cherry, strawberry, lavender, pink peppercorn, and fresh herbs, with a hint of spice. The palate is bright and lively, showing flavors of cranberry and tart cherry layered with notes of coastal herbs and minerality.
