After a decade of winemaking, our estate vineyard produced its first harvest of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay—marking a major milestone for Pali. Located in Gypsy Canyon in the Sta. Rita Hills, Pali Vineyard spans 50 acres, with 40 acres dedicated to Pinot Noir grown in cool, ocean-influenced conditions and sandy soils.
Multiple Pinot Noir clones (including 23, 2A, 777, 828, and Pommard) are planted across distinct blocks, then hand-harvested, fermented, and aged separately before being carefully blended. The wine is aged for 540 days in a mix of new and neutral French oak, resulting in a balanced, elegant expression of our estate vineyard.
