Our 2024 Chenin Blanc is a rare Sta. Rita Hills bottling, sourced from the only acre of this variety planted at Pali Vineyard. Organically farmed and SIP Certified, the fruit was whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeast in neutral oak barrels, with daily lees stirring to enhance texture.
Bright straw-gold in the glass, it bursts with aromas of jasmine, citrus blossom, and ginger. The palate is crisp and mineral-driven, showing green apple, Asian pear, nectarine, and melon, balanced by mouthwatering acidity and a silky round finish. Vibrant, textured, and uniquely coastal.
