Our 2025 ‘Blood Moon’ Red Wine Blend is a bright, carbonic-style red made from 71% Pinot Noir, 15% Gamay, and 14% Zinfandel sourced from Pali Vineyard and Enz Vineyard. Fermented with native yeasts through 12–14 days of carbonic maceration, then pressed before fully dry to finish fermentation in barrel, the wine is aged for four months in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites, it’s a fresh, energetic expression of Central Coast fruit.
Cloudy and boysenberry red in color, the wine opens with aromas of pomegranate and cherry. The palate is juicy and lively, showing flavors of cranberry and loganberry with a subtle brambly, herbal edge. Bright, playful, and meant to be enjoyed young — serve slightly chilled and don’t overthink it.
