The 2023 ‘Pali Vineyard’ Syrah is our first estate-grown Syrah from our organically farmed, SIP Certified vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills. Grown in a cool, coastal site and co-fermented with a small amount of Viognier, it reflects both Rhône inspiration and site-driven character.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged 18 months in French oak (30% new), the wine shows deep color and layered aromas of blackberry, plum, black olive, pepper, and violet. The palate is full-bodied yet vibrant, with dark fruit, savory notes, minerality, and a long, polished finish.
