Bien Nacido Vineyard, the latest addition to our Single Vineyard Series, has been a longtime aspiration for Pali. Considered one of the most iconic vineyards on the Central Coast, it has contributed to over 15,000 vineyard-designated wines since the 1970s and remains one of the most sought-after sources in California.
After years of waiting and careful selection, we’re excited to present our own bottling—an elegant, Burgundian-inspired Pinot Noir marked by maritime influence, bright red fruit, and rose petal aromatics. Farmed biodynamically, the fruit is hand-harvested, carefully sorted, fermented in small lots, and aged in a combination of new and neutral French oak to showcase the vineyard’s unique character.
