Our Syrah comes from Nolan Vineyard in the Alisos Canyon AVA, a standout site along Santa Barbara County’s renowned Syrah corridor. Farmed sustainably on rocky, mineral-rich soils with cool nights, the vineyard produces wines with depth, structure, and character.
Hand-harvested fruit is gently destemmed and fermented in small open-top tanks, then aged for 18 months in a mix of new and neutral French oak. The result is a dark, expressive Syrah with notes of black berries, sweet tobacco, fresh herbs, and firm, dusty tannins.
