After a 10-year journey, our 2023 vintage of Chenin Blanc marks our first estate-grown Chenin from our Sta. Rita Hills property. Chenin Blanc, historically a Loire Valley staple, found a renaissance in California, with our version fermented dry, expressing oceanic qualities. Aged in neutral French oak, the wine evolves from austere to elegantly layered, offering aromas of white peach, jasmine, and honeycomb. The palate unfolds with green apple, pear, and citrus zest, balanced by a mineral undertone.

A versatile companion to a variety of foods, particularly Trout Almondine! It will also pair well with herb-infused dishes, spicy foods, or fruit desserts.
