Our 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, textural white wine sourced from two Central Coast vineyards: 73% Rancho Arroyo Grande Vineyard in the SLO Coast AVA and 27% Vogelzang Vineyard in Happy Canyon. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for four months in a combination of neutral oak (82%) and stainless steel (18%), it balances freshness and energy with added depth and texture. A small portion of the blend was fermented on skins for 10 days, lending subtle structure and complexity.
Pale lemon-meringue in color, the wine opens with aromas of white peach and flashes of gooseberry. The palate is bright and layered, showing intense citrus up front that gives way to white peach through the mid-palate, finishing with a subtle, lightly oily texture. Crisp, expressive, and easy to enjoy — this is a fresh but serious take on Central Coast Sauvignon Blanc.
