‘Still Life’ is our Central Coast orange wine—an aromatic blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and a touch of Orange Muscat. Each lot was fermented with native yeast and given varying levels of skin contact, from carbonic maceration to extended fermentation, then aged in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel.
Golden and hazy in the glass, the wine bursts with bright aromatics reminiscent of fruit cocktail, peach rings, and dried fig. On the palate, it’s dry yet fruit-saturated, showing layers of melon, fig, candied citrus, and savory herbs. Textural and bright, with a long, layered finish. A playful but thoughtful expression of skin-contact winemaking.
