Our Tower 15, 2017 Roussanne can be characterized by bright floral aromas with a balance of stone fruit, nuts, baked bread and spices. We source our grapes for this vintage from Camp 4 Vineyard, owned by the Chumash Tribe, where they grow Rhône and select Bordeaux varietals. This wine is barrel-fermented and barrel-aged using only neutral French oak barrels. The majority of our Roussanne is added to our 'White Cap' blend, leaving only a limited amount for this single varietal bottling.
