Our 2025 ‘Harvest Moon’ White Blend is a crisp, early-harvest wine inspired by the bright, refreshing style of Vinho Verde. Made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir grown in the Sta. Rita Hills, the fruit is picked at very low sugar levels to preserve vibrant acidity and naturally low alcohol. Both varieties are pressed immediately with no skin contact, then fermented with native yeasts in neutral oak barrels, where they’re gently stirred during fermentation before a short two-month aging period.
Pale salmon in color with a slight natural haze, the wine is zippy, mineral-driven, and refreshing, with aromas of pear, jasmine blossom, grapefruit, and sagebrush. The palate shows tart green apple, Asian pear, sour peach candy, sea salt, and wet stone, lifted by bright acidity and a faint natural spritz. Light, lively, and endlessly drinkable — serve it cold and enjoy it young.
