This is Petite Sirah in its purest form—dark, dense, and unapologetically bold. Sourced from Defiance Vineyard in the Creston District of Paso Robles, where hot days and cool nights deliver power and precision, this single-vineyard wine showcases the full potential of this heritage variety.

Hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented in small open-top tanks with daily punchdowns, the wine was aged for 18 months in a mix of new and neutral oak. Only the best barrels were selected for this bottling.

Inky purple in the glass, it bursts with aromas of blackberry, cassis, graphite, cured meat, and white pepper. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with mouth-coating texture and layers of blackberry jam, espresso, black olive, and toasted coconut. Firm tannins and fresh acidity carry through a long, structured finish. Powerful, age-worthy, and unmistakably Paso.
