Our Tower 15, 2018 Grenache Blanc is a full-bodied single-varietal white wine that will deliver intense flavors and plush style. The grapes for this vintage hail from Paragon Vineyard in the Edna Valley AVA in San Luis Obispo County, where soils include meta volcanic rock, blue schist, chert, greywacke and serpentine. Our Grenache Blanc is barrel-fermented and barrel-aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels for six months. The majority of our Grenache Blanc is added to our 'White Cap' blend, leaving only a limited amount for this single varietal bottling.
