About The Wine
Our Tower 15, 2018 Cinsaut delivers floral and ripe strawberry notes as well as hints of various dried fruits. The grapes for this small-lot bottling come
from Camp 4 Vineyard, Camp 4 Vineyard, owned by the Chumash Tribe, in the Los Olivos District of the Santa Ynez Valley. The majority of our Cinsault
was added to our 'Jetty' blend, leaving only a limited amount for this single varietal bottling. All grapes are hand sorted before fermented in small lots
and aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels before bottled.
The AVA
The sub-AVA of the Santa Ynez Valley, the Los Olivos District AVA is a broad alluvial terrace between the Purisima Hills above Solvang and the western flank of Happy Canyon. The terrain slopes gently, with a moderate climate marked by warm days with occasional morning fog and cool nights.
Winemaker Notes
Light and perfumed with plenty of fresh and wild red fruit. An earthy, clay component lingers.
