This 100% Rosé of Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown on Pali’s estate vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills and other vineyards in Santa Barbara County. It’s picked at low brix and pressed off after a few hours of skin contact to achieve the perfect salmon-pink color. This wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged in a combination of neutral oak and stainless. This is a dry style rose with mouthwatering acidity that is typical of the region.
