The grapes are sourced from Coquelicot Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County, which is farmed certified organically and is composed of gravelly fine sandy loam. All grapes are hand sorted before fermented and aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels before bottled.
