Our Tower 15, 2018 Viognier is bright and mouth filling, paired with an extraordinarily fresh finishing. The grapes for this vintage are sourced from Jack McGinley in the Santa Ynez Valley. The vineyard’s dark, heavy, clay soil and warm climate is perfect for Viognier grapes. This aromatic wine is barrel-fermented and barrel-aged in 100% neutral French oak. The majority of our Viognier is added to our 'White Cap' blend, leaving only a limited amount for this single varietal bottling.
