Our Tower 15, 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is well-balanced with bright acidity, lively minerality and a lingering finish making this wine a true expression of the varietal. The grapes for this bottling are sourced from Lieff Ranch Vineyard in the San Luis Obispo County AVA. The vineyard is located along a very remote, pristine canyon with a unique volcanic soil type that is well-suited to the Sauvignon Blanc varietal. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel barrels.
