Pét Moon Pink is our pét nat (pétillant natural (natural bubbles)), made from estate-grown Pinot Noir from Pali Vineyard. The pét nat method is a simple and age-old way to make sparkling wine with only one ingredient: grapes. Once the wild fermentations commence, but before they complete, the juice is bottled and the fermentation continues and bubbles ensue! This wine sparkles without pretension, and it’s a rustic crowd-pleaser that’s best served straight outta the fridge!
