Dawn is our Orange wine and most popular natural wine. It’s juicy, tooti-fruiti and yeasty. Made from a combination of Pinot Grigio and estate-grown Chardonnay. The Pinot Grigio was fermented two-ways to create a more complex expression: whole-cluster carbonic maceration and de-stemmed skin contact. When blended with our Chardonnay, the resulting wine is brick red and incredibly approachable.
