About The Wine
This wine is hardcore! It's made from Malbec grapes, grown organically on Defiance Vineyard in Paso Robles where intense daily swings in temperature sculpt a rigid and ripe wine with big and bold dark fruit flavors and high notes of vibrant raspberry. It's a complex and interesting wine that's both agreeable and ageable.
Our Malbec aged for 480 days in 25% new French oak barrels and 75% neutral French oak barrels.
The AVA
