About The Wine
Our Tower 15, 2017 Pinot Grigio delivers a dry, light-bodied wine with crisp and bright notes sure to charm white wine drinkers. This vintage features grapes sourced from Spanish Springs Vineyard in San Luis Obispo County, where a beautifully complex mix of sandstone, shale and limestone at the base, with soils reflective of these same sedimentary rocks upslope grow pristine Pinot Grigio. All grapes are hand sorted before fermented and aged in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels.

The California Central Coast includes the coastal land between Ventura County and Monterey County. This region has achieved global renown because of its abundant microclimates and enormous coastal influence.
